2 BANGKAY NATAGPUAN SA TANKE NG TUBIG

CABUYAO – Dalawang bangkay ng lalaki ang natagpuan sa loob ng Water Tank #1 ng Light Industry and Science Park 1 (LISP 1) sa Brgy. Diezmo kamakailan dakong alas-diyes ng umaga. Ang nasabing mga bangkay na napag-alamang mga pintor ay sina sina John Anthony Tan, 21 anyos, at nakatira sa Blk. 15 Lot 15 ng Bayview Subd., Bay, Laguna at Jose Gregorio, 21 anyos, at nakatira sa Brgy. Bañadero, Calamba City.
Ayon sa pulisya ng bayang ito, nagsasagawa si P/Senior Inspector Romeo Delos Santos, ang Deputy ng LIPPAG nagsasagawa ng paginspeksiyon sa nasabing paligid ng LISP1 nang mapansin niya ang dalawang nasabing bangkay. Agad naman ito itinawag sa himpilan ng PNP ng nasabing bayan upang magbigay ng agarang aksiyon. Ang mga nasabing bangkay ay idinala sa Señerez Funeral Homes upang gawan ng kaukulang awtopsiya. Napag-alaman din ng pulisya na nagsasagawa ng pagpipintura ang dalawang lalaki.
Sa pangunguna naman ni P/Senior Inspector Grace Plantilla at sa tulong ng SOCO, ang nasabing insidente ay patuloy na iniimbistigahan at hinahanapan ng mga pisikal na ebidensiya na siyang tutulong sa paglutas ng nasabing kaso. (ARJAY SALGADO/PNP PRO 4-A PIO)

KABAN-KABANG BIGAS NA ITINATAGO NADISKUBRE

SILANG, CAVITE – Kaban-kabang bigas na itinatago sa isang bodega sa Brgy. Maguyam sa bayang ito noong Abril 14, taong kasalukuyan ang nadiskubre ng mga operatiba ng Municipal Police sa pamumuno ng kanilang hepe na si P/Chief Inspector Christopher Olazo kasama si P/Chief Inspector Villaflor Banawagan at ilang mga kawani ng Municipal Licensing Office sa bisa ng isang Search Warrant mula sa sala ni Judge Edwin Larida, Jr. ng RTC Branch 18 para sa Boardwalk Business Rental na pagmamay-ari ng isang Melvin Madera. Ito’y bunsod sa mga naging reklamo ng pagtatago ng kabang-kabang bigas sa sa nasabing bayan. Napag-alaman din na ang operasyon ng nasabing imbakan ng bigas ay walang mga kaukulang dokumento o permits.
Sa nasabing raid, nakumpiska ang tatlongdaan at tatlongpu’t apat (334) na kaban ng Thailand Rice, tatlong libo’t tatlong daan at walong (3,308) kaban ng commercial rice, dalawampu’t apat (24) na bungkos ng panali ng sako, dalawang (2) timbangan, limang libong (5,000) iba’t-ibang uri ng basyong sako, siyam napu’t siyam (99) na basyo na sako ng NFA, isang (1) brown na record book kung saan nakatala ang NFA at mga imported na bigas, isang (1) maliit na notebook na kung saan nakatala ang mga bilang ng NFA rice na tinanggap, at ilang mga gamit na pang-repack ng bigas.
Ayon kay P/Chief Supt. Ricardo I. Padilla, PNP Regional Director, ang nasabing inspection ay kaugnay sa kautusan mula sa Malacanan laban sa mga Rice Hoarders. "We will not stop in hunting the people behind the hoarding of NFA Rice in the region." Ani ni Padilla. (ARJAY SALGADO/PNP PRO-4A PIO)

CARNAPPERS NABBED IN CAVITE

BACOOR, CAVITE - Cavite PNP and Traffic Management Group Task Force Limbas operatives on April 4, 2008, had a gun battle between five (5) suspected carnappers at Bacoor, Cavite.
The said incident resulted to the death of four (4) suspected carnappers while one (1) of the suspect sustained gunshot wounds and rushed to Metro South Hospital but was declared Dead On Arrival.
The suspects are being linked to the series of carnapping/robbery hold-up activities in Metro Manila and in the Province of Cavite, particularly the recent gas station hold up incident in Dasmariñas, Cavite.
PSSUPT HERNANDO ZAFRA, Provincial Director of Cavite PPO inspected the Crime Scene and identified the suspects as JOAQUIN SEGUIN, male and resident of Tarlac City, Tarlac; ANACLETO TRINIDAD, male and resident of Munti Ilog, Silang , Cavite; ARNOLD CAUSING, male and resident of Pinatubo St, Taguig City; ROBERTO MONTANO, male and resident of Upper Bicutan, Taguig City, and one (1) unidentified male between 25-30 years old with a Guardian Tattoo in his right should. Also the recovered from the crime scene were four (4) caliber 45 pistol and white Mitsubishi Lancer with Plate No. ZEN-975.

Four (4) Dead Male Persons Dumped in Batangas

SAN JUAN, BATANGAS - San Juan Municipal Police Station stated that around 6:20 in the morning of March 31, 2008 a certain Efren Reglos y Coronel, 40 years old, married Government Employee and a resident of Brgy Lipahan, San Juan, Batangas personally appeared to San Juan MPS and reported that four (4) unidentified dead male persons found on the said place.
PSSUPT DAVID QUIMIO JR, Provincial Director of Batangas, identified the victims as Romeo Guera y Magpantay @ “Omy”, 34 years old, single, Brgy Tanod, resident of Brgy Anastacia, Tiaong, Quezon; Martin Guera y Cubos @ “Iking”, 19 years old, single, jobless and resident of Brgy Anastacia, Tiaong, Quezon; Jason Dizon y Colona @ “Alaxan”, 17 years old, single, jobless and resident of Brgy Anastacia, Tiaong, Quezon; Benedicto Ilao y Aguila @ “Bictoy”, 31 years old, single, jobless, native and resident of Calma, Sipocot, Camarines Sur. According to the relatives of the victims, the victim last seen around 8:00 o’clock in the evening of March 30, 2008 in a basketball court in Brgy Anastacia, Tiaong Quezon and allegedly were fetched by unidentified persons thereat.
The victims allegedly involved in robbery incident and shot somewhere in Brgy Del Rosario, Tiaong, Quezon. However, none from the source of said information would like to make a formal statement. They were probably shot/killed somewhere else and dumped at Brgy Lipahan, San Juan, Batangas to mislead the investigation of the crime committed. The San Juan MPS conducted investigation at the crime scene, but they found no empty shells/slugs, traces of blood where the victims were found and other evidences that will constitute the body of crime committed.
Further, follow-up investigation is still conducted by San Juan MPS in coordination with Tiaong MPS.
Cadavers of the victims were brought to San Juan Municipal Morgue, San Juan, Batangas wherein, a post mortem was conducted by Dr Noel Alidio, MHO of San Juan, Batangas. (PNP PRO-4A PIO)
